The visual design stage creates an emotional connection through visual treatments, colour, typography and other elements that complete and enhance the experience.
We start by conducting a creative workshop with key decision makers. During this session we work to uncover communication goals, appropriate tone and feelings and other critical information. With these insights, we develop a creative brief. A creative brief captures stakeholder requirements and helps to link them to the visual design. A well thought-out creative brief defines our efforts and provides an agreed-upon set of expectations.
We then create the visual design solution. This includes colours, fonts, images and other graphical elements needed to deliver an effective user experience that is aesthetically pleasing and enhances the overall perception of the brand. The visual design stage is where we create the emotional connection that the user will have with the application.
During this process the chosen direction is applied to a set of unique templates demonstrating how the design works on different types of pages, taking into account the userβs interaction with different page elements. DFFRNT can also design additional templates or pages to build out the application more completely.
