Card sorting research asks users to sort content into information structures that align with their intended tasks and journeys. This research technique is a valuable input to the information design phase that follows and will provide a rich and validated insight into the validity of future content requirements.
In the card sorting research, we will: Conduct card sorting sessions (open/closed TBD) with 20 recruited users
Identify functionality structure gaps and opportunities
Create the critical input to the creation of the information architecture
